Equally Fit Trainers
Hi everyone! My name is Milan Cucchiara. I graduated from Mississippi State University in 2019 with my Bachelors in Kinesiology and concentration in Health Fitness Studies. I’ve been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2019. I am also currently an Occupational Therapy Assistant student and will graduate at the end of 2021. My passion for fitness/health came from being a competitive gymnast and my passion for working with individuals with disabilities came from volunteering at the Autism Awareness Shop. I am excited to combine these two passions and create a positive environment for physical activity.

“I graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a Bachelors Science in Family and Child Science. For the six years I worked with children and adults with disabilities in a variety of environment: volunteering at Miracle Sport’s League, interning at a play therapy center, rehab technician at a pediatric multidisciplinary therapy center, Registered Behavior Therapist administering ABA therapy, and most recently over the summer, I was an activity director for an adaptable summer camp for children and adults with autism in North Carolina. I recently moved from Tallahassee to Tampa. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM and I am an exercise enthusiast! I am excited for this opportunity at Equally Fit to combine my two passions of serving those with disabilities with exercise and fitness. Outside of work, I enjoy running, participating in fitness races, cooking, and going to the beach. “- Hannah Farr
