Hello, My name is Dr. Mark Fleming. A fitness enthusiast, a One Piece junkie, and an autistic adult. Throughout my life, I have struggled with movement. After graduating from OT and PT, I was fortunate enough to be involved in sports and fitness to continue my journey to keep my movement skills polished.
I started this company out of the trunk of my car in late 2016, shortly after noticing adults in Special Olympics had regressed in their movement abilities. After two years working in home, I transformed the business into a Limited Liability Company in July of 2018. Then in March of 2019, I opened up the first physical location. To further the mission and principles I transformed the business into Equally Fit in November of 2019. After a severe car accident in June of 2023, I decided to leave the studio behind and go completely virtual after a short sabbatical to finish my PhD in Kinesiology. Being virtual expands my reach to limitless to share the great benefits of exercise to all.
